\015 Thermostat installed in Dec 08 and was working fine. When unit is shut to off the fan keeps running even though it is on auto. The only way it shuts off is after turning breaker off and waiting and turning it back on it runs briefly then shuts off.\015

In some cases the fan will keep running to remove all the heat from the heat exchanger.It can be set to run shorter or longer.You might check that out.
